Digital Experience Update

As advised previously, the team at Croft Cargo have been busy upgrading our systems to ensure the best possible digital experience for our clients.

As a result of this, we are ready to go live with our new operational system from next week - Wednesday 1st November 2023. This will mean that some of the documents we issue may look a bit different in format, which is nothing to be concerned about.

Our goal has been to roll-out a more engaging and dynamic digital experience, and that will include our new client portal. Our sales team will be in touch during the coming weeks to discuss logins and access.

As a reminder, some of the features are outlined below.

Customer Portal - User friendly, easy to navigate customer portal.
Real Time Tracking - Real time visibility of all ocean, air and road shipments.
Email Notifications - Automated email notifications set against key journey milestones.
Exception Management - Manage your shipment exceptions and blockages live.
Customer Interactivity
- Initiate bookings and quotation requests from the client portal.
Communication
- Communicate with us from directly within the customer portal.
