A Digital Experience Update

The team at Croft Cargo have been busy during recent weeks upgrading our systems to ensure the best possible digital experience for our clients.

As many of you will be aware, we have been going through a strategic re-branding and future-proofing of the business in recent times. The aim has been to ideally position ourselves for ongoing growth and to best meet any challenges ahead.

This has included a new brand, the complete modernisation of our existing facilities, improving our sustainability, procedural changes and now our digital capabilities.

Our goal is to roll out a more engaging and dynamic digital experience by the end of June 2023.

Our operational team are already getting used to our new interactive hub that helps streamline their daily operations and decreases manual input. Meanwhile, we are working closely and effectively with partners ‘Modaltrans’ to bring Croft Cargo customers a brand new freight management portal.

Customer Interactivity
- Initiate bookings and quotation requests from the client portal.
Communication
- Communicate with us from directly within the customer portal.
